We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator
- Supporting the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, from beginning to end
- Process orders, set up new customer accounts, and be the customer’s voice with our internal key department stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Telephone & email handling of general enquires and customer complaints
- Coordinate work orders and update internal systems and databases accordingly
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment is essential
- Genuine passion for working with people, customers and colleagues
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and be solutions orientated
- A friendly telephone manner and strong communication skills. Able to communicate complex information in a clear and simple way
- PC Literate – with an emphasis on MS Office & ERP/MRP systems
