The Genesis system has two handles, driving cams on all four sides to provide effective four-directional stencil tensioning. This allows stencils to be quickly interchanged and held absolutely flat with equal and maintainable planar tension across the whole stencil - ensuring consistently accurate printed results for low or high-volume requirements.

The robust Genesis frame enables a larger available printing area compared to traditional, adhesive bonded, meshed stencils. Stencil loading and unloading is uncomplicated, fast and consistently accurate, and can take place on the production line with no need for complicated jigs, air connections or operator adjustment. Stencils can be stored in compact Storage Systems close to the working area.

The Genesis frame system offers speed, consistency and long life. It cannot be over-tensioned, will not distort in production, and is compatible with all machine types.
