Tecfoil re-mountable frame and stencil systems are a direct replacement for traditional framed stencils. No adhesives or mesh are used, increasing the printing area and minimising the effects of cleaning.

The unique Tecfoil system, available with either two or four directional tensioning, stabilises the stencil during printing. This eliminates image movement during the print stroke, which is essential for successful fine pitch printing. Optimum stencil tension is achieved every time without the need for operator adjustment or the risk of over-tensioning.

Tecfoil stencils, available as precision etched, laser cut , laserformed , electroformed and multi-level options, are fitted to the frames quickly and effectively without the need for complicated loading jigs or air connections, eliminating the possibility of damage.
