Laser stencils deliver improved aperture definition and superior dimensional tolerances for finer pitch apertures, down to 0.4mm (0.016").
Laser stencils are available in all re-mountable formats, as well as traditional meshed stencil options, with a standard next working day turnaround and quicker premium turnarounds of less than ½ day possible.
Accuracy and repeatability, inherent in Tecan's laser systems, enables re-alignment and cutting of stencil apertures when subsequent design uplifts or data modification is limited to additions to the existing design.
Fiducials are laser oxided and since no filler or colourant is added, the security and clarity of the mark will not diminish in use.
