For all component pitches
Very precise tolerances
Optimum paste release
Naturally smooth aperture definition
Enhanced nickel for durability
PRA pattern included
Photo Electro Formed stencils offer the best paste release characteristics and are used increasingly to improve fine pitch print consistency and manufacturing yields.
Photo Electro Forming differs from all other stencil manufacturing techniques, where metal is removed to produce the apertures. The controlled addition of an enhanced nickel, molecule by molecule, ensures that the resultant apertures are accurate, well defined and contain naturally smooth walls that combine with their trapezoidal formation to offer the best paste release characteristics from the finest apertures.
Enhanced nickel offers harder finishes than stainless steel, resulting in longer stencil life and improved wear characteristics even when used with hard urethane or stainless steel squeegee blades.
A micro-fine PRA pattern on the squeegee side aids paste roticulation to maintain the paste condition and enhance aperture filling.
Precise apertures combined with a smooth finish on the underside of the stencil offer significant improvements to stencil gasketing. This minimises paste bleeding, bridging and the frequency of under stencil cleaning.
