Pure gold plating is suited to one-off permanent contacts that combine consistent low contact resistance at low voltages under light loadings, with excellent solderability.

Immersion gold plating (available on request) is used to plate a low thickness deposit with uniform coverage across the entire surface and from part to part. It is most suited for components such as small electrical contacts with a solderability requirement.
