Virtually all metals are suitable for Tecan's Photo Chemical Machining (PCM) process. These metals are most widely used:

• Stainless Steel (301, 302, 304, 316, 321, 430, S526, S527 etc.)

  and other stainless steel alloys

• Cu and Cu-alloys
• Ni and Ni-alloys (e.g. Kovar and Invar)
• Titanium
• Lead

Tecan will investigate working with all other metals according to customers' specific requirements.
