Laser cutting is a direct CAD to production process with no photo tooling required. This enables a rapid turnaround, with same day delivery on certain products possible.

Laser cutting is an accurate, repeatable process. On a 600mm x 600mm area it is possible to cut features with an aperture of +/- 9 micron and a positional tolerance of +/- 12.5 microns.
