Gerard. a qualified engineer, brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent 16 years as Managing Director of a number of high-tech engineering businesses.

Latterly Gerard was Head of a large business supplying injection-moulded parts to the automotive sector. He was in charge of a holding group of nine companies and more than 300 personnel.
