Paul started his career as an engineering apprentice in London and by the age of 20 he had established a team of 80 staff manufacturing electro-mechanical assemblies for the entertainment industry.
In 1970 Paul formed Tecan and moved it to Weymouth in 1974. He has steered the company over more than thirty years to its size and reputation today.
Paul is a former President and active member of the Photo Chemical Machining Institute and is a former President of the Weymouth Rotary Club. He has 11 patents with 3 applications in progress.
